Cappadocia Tour from Istanbul by Plane

Customers will be received from their hotel early in the morning and transferred to the airport. You will fly from Istanbul to either Kayseri or Nevsehir. When you reach, you will be transported to the office in Goreme. While your time in Cappadocia, you will tour the north and south parts of the area. Guests depart for Derinkuyu’s Underground city to visit the massive refugee agreement carved by early Christians. From Derinkuyu you proceed to the great Valley of Ihlara, the old Peristerema: ‘Valley of Sky’ along the Melendiz River. You will explore the great rock-cut churches and hike 4km through the valley. On the way back, the tour hits the Selime Monastery and Pigeon Valley. At the end of the tour, guests are left off at their hotel in Goreme.

Customers will meet the local guide and driver at the hotel, and begin the tour exploring Cappadocia’s different landscape. The first stop, a highlight of the city, is Goreme‘s Open Air Museum to observe the living art of Christian and Byzantine earlier in the cave churches there. You will then drive to Cavusin, an old Greek village to find the civil architecture in Cappadocia. Lunch is at a local restaurant in Avanos, which has been the center of terra cotta art since 2000 BC. After breakfast, you travel to Pasabagi or ‘Monks Valley’ to see the interesting mushroom-shaped pinnacles. The next stop is Devrent (Imagination Valley) to see the great fairy chimneys. Before being returned to your hotel, there is an extra stop at the natural rock castle at Uchisar. At the end of the second-day tour, guests are transported to the airport to fly to Istanbul. Guests met when they landed in Istanbul and taken to their hotel via service.
